Yesterday our company was visited by the delegation of Trade Representatives of the Russian Federation from USA, Mongolia, Egypt and Indonesia

CEO of ELKAM Anatolii Galkin presented our company export opportunities which were highly evaluated by the guests:  «European countries such as Serbia, Romania, Austria, the Czech Republic and Middle East are interested in our technologies. Presently we export about 40% of manufactured products, thus year we are planning to increase export share up to 60%»

ELKAM participated in petroleum summit of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Annual petroleum summit of the Republic of Tatarstan as part of the 1st International Oil & Gas Forum «HOT-Challenge 2019» took place in Almetyevsk.

During the Summit at the exhibition of the advanced oil technologies ELKAM’s representatives presented our update and the newest products for HTR oil production – jet pump, automatically controlled water injection filtering system, submersible linear drive, point heating device, etc. to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan and the General Manager of TATNEFT company.

On the 13th and 14th of June a regional forum “Days of Perm business” took place. One of the main topics of the Forum was the issue of industrial cooperation development of Perm region

From the beginning of 2019 we have been passing the procedure of voluntary certification of the Russian Export Center “Made in Russia”. The programme is aimed to confirm the integrity of a domestic manufacturer as a reliable supplier of  high-quality products

The 1^st stage of certification – evaluation of experience and goodwill has successfully passed, and as the result ELKAM is included in the Register of bona fide exporters and is awarded with a mark “Russian Exporter”. In the nearest future there will be the 2^nd stage – certification of export products and its conformity to the world standards

Today heads and top engineers of oil & gas production workshops of LUKOIL visited ELKAM. Such working meetings are held on the regular basis

One of the key themes of today’s meeting was the discussion of ELKAM’s new developments for R&D works: tubingless oil production technology, automatic water injection filtering system, point heating equipment, linear surface and submersible drives, de-gassing surface pump

During the visit manufacturing facilities at the department of SRPs repair and servicing our specialists demonstrated to the guests from LUKOIL the process of assembly of specialized SPeaR pump for viscous oil production and exploitation of deviated wells and rat holes, and set of pumps for simultaneous oil production

During the visit in Perm region on the 19th of March 2019 the Consul General of Vietnam in Ekaterinburg Mr. Ngô Phuong Nghi visited ELKAM

As the part of the project of increase of labour productivity carried out in our company, specialists of the Regional Competence Center of Perm region regularly conduct license training of our staff according to specially developed program in accordance with federal standards

One of the most important topics in the training was the methodology of lean manufacturing – 5S approach. It is the system of organization and rationalization of workplaces aimed at increase of efficiency and controllability of operating area, labour productivity increase, time saving and corporate culture improving

The result of successful implementation of 5S method will be improved working conditions and as the result increased productivity, improved product quality and reduced production time by reducing time for performance of some technological operations

According to the results of 2018 ELKAM is awarded in the nomination “The Best Exporting Company in the sphere of Industrial Manufacturing” at the regional stage of the contest “Gold Mercury”

The National Award “Gold Mercury” was established by the Chamber of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation in 2002. It is supported by the Federation Council, the State Duma of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation. The contest is held in 2 stages – regional and federal, and has the reputation of unique award

On the 12th of January ELKAM’s young specialists visited orphan home in Osa town, Perm region and gifted children with a New Year fairy tail – a puppet show with the Father Christmas and the Snow Maiden. They sang New Year songs with children and presented them with sweet gifts

Also each group of children was presented with sets of wooden toys for the development, training, games, and creativity manufactured by Russian Wooden Toy Factory

All this was realized by common efforts and on the collected financial means of the specialists of our company and LUKOIL
