On the 27th of October specialists of ELKAM hold a technical meeting with the representatives of Tatneft company

During the meeting we discussed issues concerning supplies of oilfield equipment for complicated well conditions, specialized equipment as the solutions for complications from technical side and defined the steps of products sales

This meeting made our partnership stronger and allowed to share the experience in the sphere of complicated oil production

Specialists of “KazGerMunai” visited ELKAM for education. Theme of education was sucker rod pumps. The company is planning to shift some of their wells from ESP to SRP operation

In the course of education our specialists performed the presentations about sucker rod pumps (conventional and specialized for complicated well conditions), its selection, installation, operation and comissioning; hydraulic drives; intelligent control stations; 12 tons beam pumping unit

Partners pointed out that education was very helpful and changed their idea of ELKAM as a supplier of oilfield equipment essentially for the better

ELKAM took part in VII Azerbaijan-Russian multiregional meeting, Baku city, Azerbaijan

The meeting is arranged by the Ministry of economics of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation.

Participants of the meeting were representatives of Administration of the President of the Russian Federation and Administration of the President of Azerbaijan, heads of regions of these countries, representatives of executive and legislative authorities, business communities, nongovernmental institutions, mass media of both countries

ELKAM specialists took part in penal discussions and round-table conferences concerning Azerbaijan and Russia cooperation in industries and energy sphere

On October 19th our specialists hold a meeting with representatives of TMS Group in Almetyevsk city

Subject of the meeting – “High Capacity Long-Stroke Beam Pumping Unit”

There are no analogues of this equipment in Russia today

During the meeting technical issues and opportunities of application of this drive in the Republic of Tatarstan were discussed. Also the parties signed a protocol of future cooperation

The present meeting allowed defining well fund potencial for implementation of the drive at the depth more than 1500 meters

Again ELKAM receives guests!

In the course of Sharing Day 2016 devoted to artificial lift, specialists from oil company “Bashneft” visited ELKAM.

During the meeting factory tour was arranged for the guests where they got acquainted with manufacturing processes and up-to-date technologies of downhole oil production equipment manufacturing.

Through the technical conference our latest products were presented – water injection filtering system (W.I.F.E), wellhead booster pump and jet pump.

In the result the companies agreed to continue mutually beneficial cooperation.

Today we visited wellsite of LUKOIL-PERM. The aim of the visit is to see operating jet pump system: W.I.F.E + booster pump + jet pump.

This technology allows to produce oil in complicated conditions where other artificial lift methods are not efficient:

• high temperature of formation fluid;
• high GOR;
• high bubble point pressure;
• high viscosity of pumped oil;
• deep wells;
• ARWD, high sand content;
• low formation permeability;
• unstable fluid influx from formation;
• high well deviation up to 90 degrees.

Today specialists of ELKAM met with the partners from the Kyrgyz Republic and the People’s Republic of China.

In the course of the meeting ELKAM offered the solutions for production of oil with high solids content and from deviated wells.

W.I.F.E (water injection filtering element) for formation pressure maintenance designed for filtration of process liquid / water from solids and particles:

• max fineness of washing from 5 microns;
• max liquid flow capacity up to 1000 m3 / day;
• operation mode – manual / automatic;

Another interesting product – Flexible Cable Rod equipment set for oil production from deviated wells:

• no couplings, no tubing wear;
• deeper pump installation up to 3 000 meters;
• efficient operation in rate holes with the deviation angle up to 65 degrees;

The result of negotiation was signing of bilateral agreement on co-operative implementation of these technologies.
